In the unlikely event that your tree is delivered in a damaged condition, we will either supply a replacment or refund your order, at our discretion.
The majority of our goods are exempt from being returned. Our trees and wreaths are Perishable goods and so cannot be returned after delivery is received. You are free to cancel your order up to 2 working days before your delivery date. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after this point, as our trees are cut to order.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. An item is deemed to be on sale when purchased in conjunction with a discount code or voucher.
We only replace items if they are damaged on delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, submit a support ticket at nordmanns.co.uk/help so that we can arrange an exchange.
